Thankful and Merry with a Dash of SAD webinar will be held virtually from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.  Join us as we discuss the emotional and mental health challenges that some experience as we approach the holiday season and colder months.   Seasonal depression is a common unspoken occurrence.  We will review what this may look like for individuals, share resources and supports.
