Each support group is facilitated by the identified family partner who will also serve as the point of contact for each specific support group. All support groups are held via virtual platform at this time. Please reach out to the assigned family partner to request the link for the support group. Family support groups will be supportive of confidentiality, respect and a judgement free space to promote communication and advocacy.
