If you are a Community Support Providers needing a better understanding of your role as a case manager, plan to attend "Strengthening Case Mangement Skills: Training for Community Support Providers" on May 16, 2007 in Raleigh.

                                                                             

The training consists of a detailed overview of the functions of case management and the role of case managers as "the glue that holds the system together."  Content in this session is relevant for new and experienced Qualified Professionals who are providing Community Support Services.
