Yvonne -over the past year we have had a number of suggested edits to the MOA and the Contract but none were implemented during the contract period. We are now requesting input from LMEs regarding changes to the LME-Provider Memorandum of Agreement and the LME-Provider State Funded Contract. Comments and recommendations for changes are encouraged through February 28, 2007. During the month of March the team will work on completing edits to the two documents prior to the beginning of the 07/08 fiscal year
