How To Be Included

To be included in the 2007 Directory, please complete the attached Advertisement Form and/or the Provider Listing document and email the information NO LATER THAN February 28, 2007 to me.  Advertisements must be received (email to jean@nc-council.org) by February 28, 2007 in black and white PDF or JPEG format.
